Blossom Store returns and cancellations policy

We can’t cancel most orders once they’ve been placed, but you will have 30 days from shipment to return your purchase for a refund.

Can I cancel my Blossom Store order?
Once an order is placed on the Blossom online store, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse immediately so that they can ship as quickly as possible.

Can I return my Blossom?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We trust you’ll love your new Blossom Controller, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund.
To initiate a return for refund, please contact support@myblossom.com and provide your order number and product serial number. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the Controller back to Blossom.

The length of your Blossom hardware warranty is the same regardless of whether you purchased Blossom from the Blossom Store or from one of our partners or resellers.
